Join Us at the PTA auction this Friday, March 1st, 5:30p-7:30pm
5:15 – Guests can begin checking in – bid numbers, raffle tickets handed out
5:15 – 6:45 – Silent Auction items available for bidding
5:30 – 6:30 Dinner will be served
6:45 – Silent Auction closes, and Live Auction begins featuring special art projects designed by the children
7:30 – Guests should be checked out and cleanup begins
Dinner provided by MiJalisco – tacos, quesadillas, rice, beans, chips and salsas. $8 adult (2 tacos), and $5 child (one taco or quesadilla).
Dessert provided by the 5th-grade students. All proceeds go to support the 5th-grade graduation party.
50/50 raffle tickets cash only sold at the door.
New this year: Raffle tickets will be sold at the door. Unlike our traditional silent auction bidding, these tickets can be used to enter a raffle for a variety of items.
Also new this year: Teacher after school experiences will be open for a set price per child. For example, Mrs. X will host a movie and pizza event in her room after school for $10 per child. You just sign your child up to attend and pay the fee and you are in:)
