April is School Library Month! We are lucky to have an incredible school library team in GCPS who organize exciting and engaging events, instill the love of reading and learning in students, and foster creativity in our students every day. Thank you for all that you do!
The Frontier Culture Museum shared facts about the Mali Empire with our third graders. In the breakout groups they focused on the Griot (storytellers) and trading gold for salt. The instrument is called a balafon!
