Over the next few weeks we will have a weekly focus on Digital Citizenship by Common Sense Media. Teaching our children how to navigate the online world responsibly is crucial for their safety and success. Each week there will be a handout in Mrs. McCay's newsletter and activities you can use at home will be posted on the GES website. At home, you can help by discussing the importance of treating others kindly online, setting screen time limits, and exploring digital tools together. Encourage your child to ask questions about what they see online and reinforce that it's okay to come to you if they encounter something confusing or upsetting. Together, we can foster a generation of responsible, respectful digital citizens!
